2. Orders & Payments

  • Prices are in INR and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is successful.

  • We may cancel orders if items are unavailable, payment issues arise, or fraud is suspected.

3. Shipping

  • We deliver across India. Estimated delivery time is 0-7 days.

  • Delays due to courier or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 7 days only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.

  • Opened/used cosmetic products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after return approval.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, side effects, or minor variations in handloom items. Use all products as per instructions.

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the laws of India and courts in Punjab.
